Account Manager – Exhibitions - Female Only

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for bringing brands to life? We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our team, specifically focusing on the fast-paced world of exhibitions and trade shows.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring our clients receive world-class service from the initial brief to the final onsite handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand requirements and translating them into actionable exhibition concepts.
• Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of exhibition stands, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• On-Site Project Management: Lead the "at-site" execution. You must be comfortable supervising build-ups, managing contractors, and troubleshooting technical issues on the exhibition floor.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically within the exhibition or events industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management at site (construction, AV, graphics, and floor management).
• Language Skills: * Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Gender: This position is open to Female candidates only.
• Traits: Exceptional communication skills, a "can-do" attitude under pressure, and the ability to handle tight deadlines during peak exhibition seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
