Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager for our customer to manage key client accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the Food & Beverage sector. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their business needs to deliver tailored solutions. Fluency in Hindi and Urdu, or Arabic, is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Food & Beverage client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction.

Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals and company sales objectives.

Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to understand business needs, address issues, and strengthen partnerships.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor account performance, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights, and share updates with management.

Resolve client queries, complaints, and escalations promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the F&B industry.

Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and compliance with company processes and policies.
Qualifications

Required Experience Level: Mid-level (3-5 years)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Strong understanding of F&B products, market dynamics, and customer preferences is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluency in Hindi and Urdu, or Arabic, is mandatory for this role.
