Role Description This is a full-time, on-site French Account Manager role based in Cairo. The French Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with French-speaking partners, clients, and key content creators, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term cooperation. Responsibilities include on boarding and supporting anchors or partners, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to help them optimize their activities on the platform. The role involves coordinating with internal teams (such as operations, marketing, and product) to address client needs, resolve issues, and support campaigns and promotions targeting French-speaking markets. The French Account Manager will also analyse account performance data, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills related to MENA markets are an advantage.
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, business development, or partnerships, ideally within digital media, live streaming, gaming, or social platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid analytical skills, including comfort working with performance data, KPIs, and reporting tools to inform decisions and recommendations.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate in a multicultural environment, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term growth.
