About the Job: You will play an instrumental role as the liaison between the customer, business development, technology solutions, and all production areas. You will handle projects from receipt of order through final shipment and will assist in troubleshooting and monitoring job progress through final invoice while meeting the customer’s and company’s expectations. You are responsible for understanding the customers’ needs and expectations, and for advocating for the successful completion of the project. You will become a trusted partner and establish long-term relationships between Point B Solutions, our partners and our clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

● Manage fulfillment clients (B2B, B2C, E-commerce), including daily orders, inventory, freight and distribution channels

● Manage set up and communication of instructions for kitting and assembly projects to the Production team

● Manage entire customer experience – coordinating with other departments including printing, promotional and technology

● Responsible for quoting, job costing and generating invoices as each job is being completed

● Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Coordinates and tracks the progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met appropriately

● Works directly with both internal/external customers to achieve project deadlines, standards, and requirements

● Optimize Customer Experience. Ask questions to uncover opportunities and leads to help fill the pipeline. Seek to understand the client’s needs during every interaction. Ensure that all communications via email, voice mail, or by phone are professional. Set expectations; strive to exceed expectations during every interaction.

● Crossfunctional leadership and communication by partnering with the leadership team; your internal support team; manufacturing team; and your cross functional partners to optimize the customer experience during every interaction.

Job Requirements:

● Must have 2+ years of customer service experience or similar role

● Experience in marketing, retail and technology are beneficial, as this position will allow you to utilize many skills that apply to a wide client base.

● Well-developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong leadership, teambuilding, and motivational skills

● Must be proficient with Word, Excel and G-suite

● Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

● Teamwork and success in working collaboratively across corporate staff, partners and sales team

● Always adhere to our company policies with professional and ethical behavior.

● Comply with Point B Solutions’ SOC2, HIPAA, and all privacy policies as outlined in our yearly training program.

● Analytical, strategic, takes initiative to solve problems.

● Assess and manage projects from concept to completion.

● Customer focused and able to optimize the customer experience during every interaction.

Education:

● Two- or Four-year college degree in Business or related field

Compensation and Job Details:

● Salaried and based on experience
