Account Manager / Delivery / Sales RepresentativeJob Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager / Delivery / Sales Representative. This is a hands-on position for someone who already understands the furniture, appliance, electronics, or rent-to-own business environment and can immediately contribute without needing basic training.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities including sales, account management, collections, merchandise delivery, payment processing, and customer service. We are looking for someone aggressive in sales, confident working with customers, and capable of operating in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Candidates with previous experience at companies such as Rent-A-Center, Buddy's Home Furnishings, Amigo, Flexi, Econorent, or similar businesses are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics
  • Safely drive company delivery vehicles
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collect payments in-store, by phone, and in the field when necessary
  • Perform collections follow-up on past-due accounts
  • Assist customers with sales and financing options
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Promote the business through customer interaction, referrals, social media, and community engagement
  • Maintain proper handling and protection of merchandise during delivery and setup
  • Help maintain showroom appearance and store organization
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Work as part of a team to help grow store performance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in furniture, appliance, electronics, or rent-to-own business preferred
  • Experience with deliveries, collections, and sales required
  • Valid driver’s license with confidence driving delivery vehicles
  • Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working both inside the store and in the field
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer and payment processing skills preferred

  • Delivering merchandise
  • Handling collections
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Selling products
  • Working with customers face-to-face

We are not looking to start from zero training basic responsibilities. We need someone ready to perform from day one and help grow the business immediately.

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
