Accuindex is a top-tier forex and CFD broker, serving clients across global markets. We are hiring experienced Account Managers to join our high-performing sales team at our Dubai office. The role involves managing new leads, converting clients, and expanding the company's trader base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and IBs (Introducing Brokers).
- Identify new business opportunities in the Forex/CFD market.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and retention.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a
Account Manager in Forex/CFDs/Brokerage industry
(minimum 3–5 years). - Strong knowledge of financial markets, Forex products, and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
