Account Manager in STOCKS MARKET

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager in stocks market, located in our Dubai office. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction by addressing inquiries and offering solutions. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies, cross-selling products, maintaining knowledge of market trends, and ensuring clients’ needs are met with expertise. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship management skills, including experience in client acquisition and retention.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, foreign exchange, CFDs, and trading platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for managing client communication and accounts.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus; experience in client-facing roles in the financial sector is advantageous.
