About Us
DCJ is a B2B custom diamond jewelry manufacturer based in Los Angeles. We work exclusively with independent fine jewelry retailers across the country, handling everything from CAD to casting to final delivery. We're growing and looking for an experienced account manager who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of independent jewelry retailers
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Manage custom orders end-to-end: quoting, CAD approval, production coordination, QC, and delivery
- Coordinate with internal CAD, production, and QC teams to keep orders on track
- Proactively communicate order status, changes, and solutions to clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and trends
- Contribute to account retention and revenue growth goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the jewelry industry — manufacturing, wholesale, or retail
- Genuine product knowledge: comfortable discussing metal karats, stone grades, CTTW, setting styles, and quality standards
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts under real deadlines
- Comfort with CRM tools and standard business software
- B2B account management experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
