Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and client-focused Landscape Account Manager to oversee and nurture existing client accounts. This role ensures high levels of client satisfaction, manages service delivery, and identifies opportunities for additional landscaping services. The ideal candidate has a passion for landscaping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time, M – F

Work Location: In person

Duties

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

● Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

● Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with operations teams for solutions.

● Prepare and present service proposals, renewals, and enhancement opportunities.

● Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (property managers, HOA boards, etc.).

● Identify upselling opportunities for additional services (e.g., seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, hardscaping).

● Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

● Track account performance metrics and client feedback.

● Ensure contract compliance and manage account profitability.

Skills

● 3+ years of landscaping services sales experience.

● Strong knowledge of landscaping maintenance practices and terminology.

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

● Detail-oriented with a commitment to client satisfaction.

● Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

● Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field

● CLT, CLIA, ICPI, or similar industry certifications a plus

● Experience working with luxury residential clients or HOA boards

Pay: $62,500.00 - $68,500.00 per year
