As an Account Manager in the Landscape Division, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to enhance client properties. Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and proactive problem-solving

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and drive account renewals through exceptional service

Identify and recommend site enhancement opportunities, such as seasonal color, hardscape upgrades, irrigation, and lighting improvements

Monitor account receivables and coordinate with clients to keep accounts current

Develop and pursue leads for new commercial maintenance clients within the service area

Estimate maintenance costs and prepare proposals for prospective clients

Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and commercial real estate contacts to expand Easterns market presence

Participate in production meetings to communicate client expectations to field crews

Serve as a liaison between clients and production staff, ensuring client needs are met

Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks throughout the sales and service process

35 years of commercial landscape experience, with at least 3 years in a sales or account management role

Demonstrated success in client retention and upselling within a service-based environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable interacting with both clients and field teams

Ability to assess properties and identify enhancement opportunities that add value for clients

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Valid driver's license required

Bachelors degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Base Salary: $60,000 $80,000
Commission: 3% on enhancements and upsells to existing accounts; 3% on new client contracts
On-Target Earnings: $80,000 $95,000
