The Role
The Account Manager owns the full client journey from first consultation through final installation. You are RMD's brand ambassador, trusted advisor, and project owner in every interaction.

Compensation
Base Salary
$45,000 –$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Reviewed annually with merit increases tied to performance.
Commission
Tiered commission structure with no earnings cap. Commission is earned on monthly sales volume above a minimum threshold and increases as volume grows. A strong performer hitting $75,000 in monthly sales earns meaningful commission on top of base. An exceptional performer hitting $100,000+ earns significantly more. Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
