Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at MajeStay, you will be the bridge between our property owners and guests, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and optimal property performance. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while driving growth and operational excellence across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure smooth operations for all managed properties, including bookings, guest satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Monitor property performance and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property visibility and occupancy rates.
• Develop strategies to grow client accounts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Implement feedback and continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, client relations, or hospitality operations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with property management systems or hospitality technology is a plus.
