Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client support, or a similar role within the telecom or IT sector
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and resolving issues independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze client performance data and provide strategic insights
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.


Responsibilities for this role include (but aren’t limited to)

  • Independently manage and grow relationships with assigned portfolio companies
  • Oversee trading transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Take ownership of client issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve trouble tickets while proactively identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements
  • Monitor and manage client payment processes in close collaboration with the finance team
  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to the sales manager or leadership team
  • Act as a key communication bridge with clients by delivering updates, gathering feedback, and anticipating future needs
  • Develop a strong understanding of market trends and client expectations to support revenue growth and retention
  • Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members when needed
