Century Mechanical Holdings (CMH) is a growing platform of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and related home service brands. We partner with strong local operators and give them the systems, support, and resources to grow while maintaining their local identity and culture. As we continue to expand, we are building a best-in-class central marketing function to support multiple brands and markets across the CMH portfolio.
Position overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Marketing Director and operating companies. This person will serve as the primary day-to-day marketing liaison for several brands, helping coordinate campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that local teams have what they need to grow profitably.The ideal candidate has experience in the home services space, is comfortable working in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and understands how digital marketing drives lead generation and booked jobs. Experience working with Scorpion and ServiceTitan is a strong plus.Key responsibilitiesAccount and stakeholder management
- Serve as the main marketing point of contact for assigned CMH brands and locations
- Build strong relationships with GMs, office managers, and local leadership teams
- Gather requirements, priorities, and feedback from the field and translate them into clear marketing tasks
- Coordinate communication between CMH, Scorpion, ServiceTitan, and other vendorsProject and campaign coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating website projects, campaign launches, and new location or brand rollouts
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals across multiple brands and initiatives
- Ensure assets (logos, photos, copy, offers, licenses, service areas, etc.) are collected, organized, and provided to vendors on time
- Help QA websites, landing pages, forms, tracking, and call flows to ensure a smooth user experienceDigital marketing support
- Work with vendors and internal teams on SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, paid social, and email campaigns
- Verify that business information, service areas, phone numbers, and offers are accurate across websites, Google Business Profiles, and directories
- Monitor basic performance indicators (leads, calls, booked jobs, cost per lead, etc.) and flag trends or issues to the Marketing Director
- Assist with review/reputation management processes in coordination with local teams and vendorsTools, systems, and reporting
- Work daily in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Help maintain centralized documentation of logins, brand guidelines, and marketing assets
- Support the setup and organization of marketing reports and dashboards (from Scorpion, ServiceTitan, call tracking, and ad platforms)
- Assist in standardizing processes and checklists for onboarding new acquisitions into CMH’s marketing ecosystemProcess and quality control
- Use checklists and SOPs to ensure consistent execution across brands
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks in projects and raise them early
- Help refine internal workflows to make marketing operations more efficient and scalableQualifications 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing coordination, or project management, preferably in home services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, etc.) or an agency serving those industries
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals: websites, SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, paid social, analytics, and call tracking
- Hands-on experience with Scorpion and/or ServiceTitan strongly preferred
- Comfortable and efficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines at once
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to translate technical/marketing topics into clear, practical guidance for field teams
- Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or SaaS platforms
- Self-starter who is comfortable in a growing, fast-moving environment and willing to roll up their sleeves
