About the Role
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with our clients' objectives. Your role is crucial in translating their goals into successful strategies across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more. Your dedication and expertise will instill confidence in our clients, helping them achieve online success and grow their business.

What your success will look like

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and retain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, objectives, and business goals.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with our internal teams, encompassing SEO, paid advertising, social media management, chat, and content marketing, to achieve client goals and exceed expectations.
  • Campaign Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients, covering SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Expand Business: Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our services within existing clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the Executive Director, SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, social media managers, and content writers, and many more to ensure client success.
  • Budget Utilization: Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives and return on investment.

Who we're looking for

  • 1+ Year of Experience: in account management or client service, ideally within a marketing agency or digital marketing company (you’re not new to the game).
  • Proven Success: in upselling and retaining client accounts (you’re a relationship builder).
  • Solid Understanding: of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising (you know the essentials).
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: basic understanding of Google Analytics (you can spot trends from a mile away and love digging into the details).
  • Detail-Oriented: with strong project management skills and an eye for budget constraints (you double-check, triple-check, and deliver).
  • Eager to Learn: digital marketing is always changing- desire to master new tools and technologies (you’re always ready to grow).
  • Strong Communication Skills: you can communicate successfully to a variety of people- client-facing and intern (you've been called an extrovert before).

Self-Motivated and Independent: you have a strong work ethic and are intrinsically motivated to do well (we're not you typical micro-management company).

Compensation We understand the importance of pay transparency and comply with state regulations by including the expected pay range in all our job postings, regardless of location. At Creekmore Marketing, we’re committed to fairness and clarity in our compensation practices.

  • The base salary range is $44,000 (entry-level) - $53,000 (experienced). If you are hired at Creekmore Marketing, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package will also include a $1,000 sign-on bonus as well as bi-annual performance based bonuses and opportunities to earn monthly commission.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
