ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
  • Client Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues. They ensure timely and effective communication to address client concerns and maintain satisfaction.
  • Account Growth and Retention: Developing strategies to grow revenue from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services. They also work to retain clients by ensuring high satisfaction levels and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate smooth project implementations or service deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. They prepare regular reports for management to assess account performance and strategize for improvements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing any conflicts or issues that arise between the company and clients, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
  • Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • BS/BA Degree is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
