This role combines your technical knowledge of natural medicine with a strategic sales mindset to help your clients grow their businesses while driving the success of our practitioner only brands.

We're looking for a talented and motivated Account Manager in NSW, covering the Northern Beaches (Manly, Chatswood) through to the Hills district. Regional trips will include the Blue Mountains, Dubbo and Orange.

What you'll do
  • Manage and grow a territory of practitioner clients, developing trusted relationships with health professionals
  • Deliver on sales targets, KPIs, and territory objectives through proactive account planning and support
  • Execute national promotions and education initiatives across your customer base
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide clinical and product guidance, helping customers make informed decisions for their patients
  • Plan and complete 6-8 quality customer visits per on road day
  • Represent Integria with professionalism, purpose, and a genuine passion for natural health
  • Attend and work at selected Integria, distributor company and related industry events including weekends
What you'll bring
  • A qualification in naturopathy or herbal medicine - giving you credibility and confidence when talking with practitioner clients
  • A proven ability to hit sales targets and grow accounts, ideally in a similar field or territory based role
  • Strong relationship building skills - you know how to build trust, listen actively, and deliver real value to clients
  • A self starter mindset - you're organised, proactive and great at managing your own schedule
  • Confidence in analysing sales data and market trends to inform smart decisions
  • A collaborative approach - you enjoy being part of a team, even when you're working independently
  • A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel, including overnight trips
