Position Overview:
The Account Manager provides day-to-day support to the Sales team and field representatives while maintaining strong, professional relationships with brokers, consumers, and internal teams. This role requires an outgoing and confident communicator who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet defined deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service. Experience in the Private Label retail business is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Sales Support

Serve as a primary Sales Support contact for approximately 100 accounts.

Collaborate daily with internal departments including Order Entry, Customer Service, Production, QA, R&D.

Communicate with customers and select suppliers as needed to support ongoing business.
Project Coordination & Process Management

Manage and complete various customer and product-related processes:

New Customer Setup / New Item Setup

Oversee Label and Artwork Design processes and Item Development projects

Label & Packaging Development Projects
-
Pricing Entry and Maintenance
-
Execute and maintain customer-specific documentation:

Product Specifications & Quality Assurance Forms

Customer Questionnaires & Sample Requests
-
Standard Bid / Proposal Documentation

Online Customer Data Portals
-
Manage consumer communications, including complaints, inquiries, and requests.

Experience with marketing support, brand management, managing ads and Online retail image management, including product imagery and e-commerce content is plus.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience in account management, sales support, marketing, or a related field will be considered

Experience with an Order Management System (Syspro preferred) is preferred

Comfortable using customer data portals, analyzing sales data, and compiling customer-specific information

Art/design background or aptitude strongly preferred; knowledge of graphic design processes is a plus
