Account Manager – Property Insurance Claims (Insurance Claims Experience Required)

About Claim Warriors - Who We Are

Claim Warrior is a high-volume public adjusting firm representing homeowners during property insurance claims. We handle fire, water, storm, and roof losses and advocate for policyholders when insurance companies underpay, delay, or deny claims.

Our team works on thousands of active residential claims, and we need an experienced Account Manager to help guide clients through one of the most stressful times in their lives.

This is not a typical customer service job.
You will be working directly on live insurance claims.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced claims professional to serve as an Account Manager and Claims Advocate.

You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners before, during and after they sign with our firm. Your role is to guide clients through the claim process, keep files organized, and coordinate communication with adjusters, contractors, and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication – Speak with homeowners from the point of intake, to claim status, next steps, and documentation needed.
  • Claim Coordination – Work with insurance adjusters, contractors, inspectors, and internal estimators.
  • File Management – Organize claim documentation including the homeowners policy, claim estimates, photos, estimates, invoices, and proof of loss documents.
  • Claim Progress Tracking – Update CRM notes daily and keep claims moving forward.
  • Client Support – Help homeowners stay informed and calm during a stressful claim process.

You are the bridge between the homeowner and the claim resolution process.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants must already have experience with residential property insurance claims.

Examples include:

  • Insurance carrier claims department
  • Public adjusting firms
  • Independent adjusting firms
  • Restoration companies working directly with insurance claims

You should already understand:

  • Property claim flow from start to finish
  • Insurance terminology such as RCV, ACV, deductible, ALE, and contents
  • Estimates, supplements, and scope of damage
  • Communication with desk and field adjusters

If you have not worked with property insurance claims before, this role will not be a fit.

  • Strong communication with homeowners and adjusters with a customer service mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple active claims at once
  • Empathy and professionalism with homeowners
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and digital files

Compensation

1099 position
Starting rate: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience

Performance bonuses and expanded responsibilities will be considered based on your growth and dedication to the role.
