We're hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join forces with our retail team. We are looking for candidates who can implement basic sales, marketing, and communication skills – and to advance into a management role to oversee a market for our major clients. Our training program bridges the gap, molding young professionals through leadership development, hands-on training, travel, unique experiences, teamwork, and fun.

- Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting to represent client products and services
- Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Learn and apply sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals

- Participate in regular training and development sessions

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

- We are headquartered in Indianapolis (a commute to the office is required 3x per week. This position services our stores in Indy, Greenfield, and the surrounding areas, therefore, reliable transportation is a must.)
- 0-3 years of previous experience working with customers one-on-one
- BS Degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience
What a Typical Day Looks Like: This is a full-time, in-person role that blends professional development with hands-on sales experience. Here's how your day will typically be structured:
Morning – Office-Based Training & Development
- Start the day in our office with team meetings, where we set goals and align on strategy
- Participate in group training sessions focused on sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge
- Work one-on-one with mentors to develop your skills and track your progress
- Engage in team-building activities to prepare for the second half of the day
Afternoon – In-Store, Face-to-Face Sales
- Head into a partnered retail location where you’ll represent our client’s brand
- Connect with customers in person, answer questions, and help them find the right products or services for their needs
- Build rapport and deliver a great customer experience that reflects our values and our clients’ standards
- Work independently and alongside your teammates to hit daily performance goals and grow your customer base
