Account Manager / Sales Support Specialist

Umbra Solace | Houston, TX 77038 | Full-Time 40-50 hours/week

We build innovative structural solutions and work directly with customers to bring their projects to life. What You'll Do

  • Build accurate parts lists and quotes based on customer project requirements
  • Work directly with customers and the sales team to scope projects and define solutions
  • Manage and update project records in our CRM
  • Interpret drawings and specifications to communicate clear product solutions
  • Support customer onboarding and training, both virtually and in the field
  • Continuously improve processes to keep things accurate and efficient

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in inside sales, project coordination, or operations — construction or materials industry a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • CRM experience (any platform)
  • Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Self-starter who's comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflow efficiency is a bonus
