Account Manager / Sales Support Specialist

What You'll Do
- Build accurate parts lists and quotes based on customer project requirements
- Work directly with customers and the sales team to scope projects and define solutions
- Manage and update project records in our CRM
- Interpret drawings and specifications to communicate clear product solutions
- Support customer onboarding and training, both virtually and in the field
- Continuously improve processes to keep things accurate and efficient
What We're Looking For
- Experience in inside sales, project coordination, or operations — construction or materials industry a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- CRM experience (any platform)
- Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Self-starter who's comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflow efficiency is a bonus
