Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Account Sales Manager – B2B with strong experience in the e-commerce industry. The role involves managing key B2B accounts, driving revenue growth, onboarding new business clients, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate understands the e-commerce ecosystem, digital commerce solutions, and enterprise buying behavior.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts—ensuring revenue expansion and smooth operations.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client requirements.

New Business Development

  • Acquire new B2B clients across relevant categories (manufacturers, wholesalers, brands, distributors, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
  • Convert prospects into long-term recurring clients.

Operational & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand e-commerce platform capabilities (cataloging, logistics, payments, technology).
  • Work with internal teams (operations, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, category trends, and new opportunities.

Client Support & Issue Resolution

  • Address client queries regarding order flow, pricing, payments, returns, and operational issues.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance and action plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
