About the Role
CRWD Marketing is looking for a proactive and highly organized Social Media / Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in account management, client servicing, social media coordination, and digital campaign execution.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage client relationships, understand brand objectives, coordinate with the creative team, and ensure that all social media deliverables are planned, executed, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and act as the main point of contact.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Prepare social media content calendars, monthly plans, and campaign briefs.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, content creators, photographers, videographers, and media buyers to ensure smooth execution.
- Review captions, creatives, reels, stories, and campaign materials before sharing with clients.
- Ensure all social media posts and deliverables are aligned with the approved strategy and brand direction.
- Handle client feedback professionally and coordinate revisions with the internal team.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports or insights for clients.
- Support in planning shoots, campaign concepts, influencer activations, and paid ad requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- Ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables are properly tracked and completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or account executive roles, preferably in a marketing, advertising, creative, or digital agency.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital content trends.
- Ability to prepare content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
- Good understanding of branding, content creation, paid ads, and social media marketing.
- Ability to coordinate between clients and internal creative teams.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
- Background in handling UAE-based clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Drive, and project management tools is a plus.
- Arabic communication skills are an added advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
