We’re looking for a creative, content-savvy account manager to help lead social media strategy and execution for hospitality, lifestyle, and CPG clients. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, develop engaging content, and help bring brand stories to life across platforms. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Boston office.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
Social Media & Content Creation

Develop and execute social media marketing plans and content calendars
-
Ideate, capture, and produce social-first content, including short-form video and photography
-
Identify and leverage emerging trends, formats, and trending audio to keep client content timely and engaging

Manage day-to-day social media channel activity, including posting, engagement, and community management
-
Stay up to date on platform updates, creators, and social trends relevant to client categories

Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators

Support influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnership execution
Client Management & Account Collaboration

Serve as day-to-day client contact

Participate in client meetings and calls; prepare agendas and recaps

Contribute to integrated marketing and PR programs and planning

Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports

Maintain a high level of quality and organization across all deliverables
WHAT YOU BRING:

5–7+ years of post-college marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media

Hands-on content instincts, from ideation and trendspotting to capturing social-first content

Strong social media expertise, including channel management, content planning, publishing, and performance tracking

Experience working with influencers and content creators

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Comfort using AI tools to support smarter, more efficient work

Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple clients and initiatives

Confidence communicating with clients and managing day-to-day needs

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and pride in producing high-quality work
