Account Manager – Staffing Services (Veteran-Friendly Company)Job Description:

We’re seeking a driven and personable Account Manager to join our staffing agency team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and staffing solutions. We’re especially interested in U.S. military veterans or individuals with strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts to understand their staffing needs and business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within current accounts and develop new client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure qualified candidates are matched effectively with client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Track sales activity, client interactions, and job orders in CRM or ATS systems.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and job fairs as needed to promote company services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term client trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or sales.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
  • Experience working with government or military clients a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems.
