Duties
- Conduct outbound warm calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing to understand their needs and present suitable product or service solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up plans
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Develop business relationships through consistent communication, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to customer acquisition and business development
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for sales targets
- Able to complete 40 hours per week schedule
Pay
- Initial pay starts at $18 per hour during the training period, once pass the training period, pay structure is base plus commission. pay range is between $18 - 40 (base plus commission) after the training period
