Account Manager Trainee

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for driven individuals to join our Houston team as an Account Manager Trainee.

As part of our Account Manager Trainee team, you will work closely with experienced senior managers to gain hands-on exposure in driving sales, building meaningful relations with current and prospective customers, and promoting business growth. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Directly interact with customers, assess their needs, and promote products and services that will contribute to their everyday lives
• Recognize customer concerns and issues, offering effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
• Keep record of customer interactions and sales activities to accurately track sales performance and ensure success in the customer enrollment process
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals by providing consistent mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment

Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a leadership role is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
