Account Manager (US Shift)

● Serve as the primary contact for client communications, queries, and escalations.

● Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and proactive support.

● Manage account operations including contract renewals, negotiations, and performance monitoring.

● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and evolving goals.

● Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and support teams for customer success.

● Analyze client usage data and account metrics to optimize value delivery.

● Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate with 2+ year of relevant experience (Sr. SDRs can apply).

● Excellent communication skills with a consultative and relationship-led approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
