Account Manager USA Campaign

Role Summary:
Manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and handle retention and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in with clients regularly
• Monitor campaign results and KPI reports
• Liaise with internal teams to solve client issues
• Manage client renewals and upsell additional services

Required Skills:

• Strong client-facing skills
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and SaaS CRM systems
• Excellent organization and communication

Experience:

• 2+ years account management in digital marketing or SaaS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
