. We are searching for a client-oriented professional with strong hunting profile for the role of
Account Manager
, fluent in
English
and native/bilingual in
Arabic
, to be based at our office in Dubai Science Park.
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have previous
experience of at least 3-5 years in fragrance industry
, excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of the sales process. Availability to travel around 50-60% of working time is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet assigned sales targets and follow up with clients to ensure objectives are achieved.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, negotiate and close sales agreements.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
-
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the internal CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align project priorities and sales strategies.

Provide feedback to management regarding projects and make a detailed follow-up on current status projects and orders.

Support the Area Sales Managers and accompany them on client visits as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Finance, Economics or other related fields.

Proven experience in Account Management or in a similar sales role in fragrance industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and internal CRM software.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
