Account Manager I. Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact between Futron and its customers. This role plays a critical part in shaping how Futron is perceived by clients and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager acts as the "eyes and ears" of the organization, driving:

Authority to sign contracts and modifications as delegated in the proposal

Approve non-project-related expenditures up to $500

Approve project-related expenditures up to $100,000 III. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and key decision-makers

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

Represent Futron professionally to enhance client satisfaction and retention Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts

Respond to bid boards and support proposal development efforts

Meet and exceed assigned revenue and profit targets

Promote Futron's capabilities and value proposition to clients and partners

Conduct sales calls, presentations, and capability briefings Strategic Growth & Market Engagement

Expand business within existing contracts and identify new market opportunities

Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships

Attend trade shows and industry events as required

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver full lifecycle solutions to clients Reporting & Performance Management

Submit sales forecasts and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Host internal account reviews and strategy sessions
