About Us:
My Lighting Private Limited is a leading company engaged in the import, manufacturing, and distribution of lighting products across Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare vendor and customer ledgers and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales departments for invoicing and expense management.
• Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts or finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
