What We Are Looking For:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare, post, and verify payment vouchers, accruals, and in the ERP system
- Review expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies and approvals
- Process inter-location cash transfers and manage payable settlements
- Perform regular cash and vendor reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate payable balances and prepare required financial reports
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, tax deposits, and attendance management
- Handle provident fund, pension records, and employee reimbursements as per policy
- Support documentation, record-keeping, and other accounting/administrative tasks as assigned
