Account operations coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Account Operations Coordinator to support the financial and operational execution of client programs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in event operations, budgeting, and client program support within an experiential marketing environment.

You will work closely with Account Management, Production, and Finance teams to ensure projects are set up correctly, budgets are tracked accurately, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support account teams with project budgets, documentation, and financial tracking
• Assist in maintaining actual vs. estimate reports and flag variances
• Coordinate with Finance for invoices, POs, cost reconciliation, and approvals
• Support project setup including rate cards, job types, and cost codes
• Assist with change orders when scope or budgets change
• Help ensure compliance with client contracts and internal processes
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight timelines

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in operations, finance, and event/project management
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Clear communicator and a strong team player
• Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced agency environment

Skills & Tools

• Basic understanding of budgets, costs, and financial documentation
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Excel
• ERP or finance tools exposure (JDE, Deltek, SAP, etc.) is a plus, not mandatory
