Account Partner (contract) - Devs - QLD. Digital media sales into existing Property Developer clients. Brisbane / Gold Coast portfolio. 12 month contract. Hybrid working & attractive commission.

Role Summary

As an Account Partner under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, you will own a Brisbane and Gold Coast portfolio of Property Developer clients and a handful of smaller growing accounts. Your focus is driving revenue growth through media sales, new product adoption and brand loyalty, positioning Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner to the industry's top tier.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with key clients' businesses through close collaboration and partnerships.
  • Sell media and advertising solutions across Domain's portfolio; assemble campaigns and demonstrate value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from initial meetings and product demonstrations to business cases, contract execution, and reporting on account performance.
  • Present Domain insights to stakeholders and participate in customer events and sales meetings.
  • Strategise and implement account growth initiatives; liaise with internal stakeholders for a consistent Key Accounts approach.
  • Engage in new business development as a sub-focus; proactively maintain relationships and introduce new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and efficiently resolve client queries and operational issues.
  • Share market feedback on conditions, competition, and opportunities to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Expand knowledge to become an industry expert within Real Estate / Developer space.
Ideal Candidate
  • ESSENTIAL: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven success in B2B consultative selling / account management.
  • Comfortable with longer sales cycles and relationship-building rather than quick wins.
  • Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles to meet client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Curiosity about data, insights, and the Real Estate industry.
  • Public speaking and in-person presentation confidence to client teams and decision-makers.
  • Drive and resilience to meet sales targets; ability to communicate ROI through compelling storytelling.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and ability to drive across the region (car allowance provided); able to visit clients in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
NICE TO HAVES
  • Sales experience across Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software.
  • Face-to-face sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar.
