Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives by

coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables. This role is critical to maintaining operational

discipline and execution quality across all marketing activities at Maxify FX.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Plan, organize, and manage marketing projects and campaigns
  • Coordinate daily work between creative, content, and performance teams
  • Define timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Track progress and identify risks or delays early
  • Maintain clear documentation and task tracking
  • Prepare weekly status reports for management
  • Ensure execution aligns with agreed objectives and standards

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Clear communication and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Experience Level

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in marketing project management or account management
  • Direct experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, paid media,
  • creative)
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, content writers,
  • media buyers, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in agency, fintech, trading, or performance-driven digital environments is strongly
  • preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and according to agreed objectives
