Account Receivable Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Denim Garments Division. The role is responsible for managing customer receivables, monitoring collections, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely realization of export/local sales proceeds. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, customer reconciliations, and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Record and update Accounts Receivable (A/R) for export and local sales invoices.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for timely collections.
• Reconcile customer ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and update payment records.
• Coordinate with Export Marketing, Sales, and Banking teams for realization of proceeds.
• Prepare and share receivables aging reports (weekly/monthly) with management.
• Handle debit/credit notes, penalty/discount workings, and adjustments in customer accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Finance, preferably in the denim garments industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and strong MS Excel skills.
