Account Receivable Senior Specialist

An Accountant helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers regarding payment matters.
  • Provide customer support and address inquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Manage, verify, and record accounts receivables transactions.
  • Ensure compliance of receivables with contractual agreements as per company`s policies and procedures
  • Timely record reconciliations and period closing processing and ensuring accurate posting to general ledger.
  • Monitor cash which are unapplied.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
  • Working on audit requirements and other overseeing bodies
  • Handling petty cash transactions and ensuring adequacy of expenditure


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferable to have prior experience in managing accounts receivables activities.
