Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and responsible Male Account Secretary to assist our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoices and financial documents
- Maintain accounting records and files
- Follow up with clients on payments
- Assist with reports and spreadsheets
- Handle finance-related emails and correspondence
- Support general office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
