Our Account Services Associate (ASA). ASAs are the front line and so for engaging with our customers and supporting the users of our RiskWorks. Their duties include answering phone calls, responding to chats or emails from customers or user that may have questions regarding our products and services.
In addition, an ASA is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming insurance documentation, participating in meetings with account teams to improve overall customer satisfaction while maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Deal directly with customers by telephone, e-mail, and chat
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints and respond promptly
- Keep detailed records of customer issues and actions taken
- Strong follow through with customer inquiries or service requests,
- Maintain accuracy and performance standards for data transcription
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, vendors, insurance agents and brokers,
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to anser a client's or customer's questions,
- Escalating queries and concerns as necessary , and
- Troubleshooting / Research on reported bugs and issues when reported by customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or
- Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial property and casualty insurance (P&C)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- A strong understanding of commercial insurance terms and concepts insurance insurance
- An active listener with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
- Proficient with the internet and with web applications
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Authorized to work in the USA
