Accounts Specialist
for our client's growing team.
About the Role:
The Accounts Specialist position is responsible for managing partner accounts, supporting co-marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, and executing marketing strategies to promote Infiniarc cutting-edge consumer and commercial PC products. This role bridges the gap between sales and marketing, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and revenue generation.
Job Responsibilities
Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure ROI is satisfactory for both Infiniarc and partner.

Monitor account activities and performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.

Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service.
Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling products.

Deliver partner feedback to sales team to ensure ROI of marketing activities are satisfying.

Collaborate with sales team to ensure co-marketing plan aligns well with Infiniarc’s sales target and supply plan.
Marketing Activities

To develop targeted co-marketing campaigns that align with sales goals, partners’ guidelines and customer interests.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

Manage co-marketing initiatives with retail and distribution partners (e.g., Amazon, noon, etc.).

Utilize digital marketing channels and Influencer marketing (social media, email, influencer partnerships, and paid ads) to drive engagement and sales.

Prepare reports on account performance, sales trends, consumer reach by marketing activities and partner feedback for management review.
Training and Development

Assist in training new team members on account management processes, marketing tools and strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide informed support to the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
-
B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and management tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Grammarly) to optimize streamline workflows, and enhance co-marketing plans.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge
-
2-4 years of experience in sales support, account management, or marketing within the technology or gaming industry.

Strong understanding of the consumer and commercial hardware market and industry trends.

Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.

Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking for developing marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

Passion for technology and familiarity with computer peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets, etc.) is a
