About the role

As an Account Specialist in our Sales Department, you will play a key role in driving MSI’s growth within the Turkish market. You’ll manage and expand relationships with distributors and resellers, promoting MSI products such as desktops, mini PCs, all-in-one PCs, notebooks, monitors, motherboards, and graphics cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing sales channels, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Actively engage with leads and prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to design and implement strategies for your territory based on market insights and analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with Technical Support, Marketing, Product Management, Logistics, and our headquarters in Taipei to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing training to strengthen your knowledge of MSI’s products and the IT market.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales or product management, ideally in the computer hardware or IT industry.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn with a strong sense of initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive and positive mindset aligned with MSI’s core values of Teamwork, Passion, and Execution.
