We are currently seeking a highly communicative Account Strategist with experience in e-commerce marketing who is well-organized and looking for the next step in their career.
We are looking for someone who is result-oriented and excited about e-commerce marketing, helping SMBs grow their business, and advancing in the professional landscape.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5+ years of experience in an account management role
- Has 5+ years of general marketing experience
- Has a strong background in e-commerce marketing (3+ years)
- Has experience using Amazon, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, WordPress, and other e-commerce-related platforms
- Presents a thorough understanding of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Is very experienced in overseeing full marketing teams and/or campaigns across multiple strategies
- Has hands-on experience with paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing strategies
- Has experience within the Asana Project Management platform or equivalent
- Is capable of handling complex projects and campaigns
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can work efficiently with a team of diverse professionals
- Has top-tier project management skills
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has a firm understanding of agency and client relationships
- Is incredibly organized and attentive to details
- Has experience with marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart
- Is accustomed to working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Has the ability to work independently, think creatively, problem-solve, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
- Shows initiative and a willingness to learn
WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE
The Account Strategist's primary role will be to oversee and manage the marketing strategies of e-commerce sellers, all while maintaining strong communication between the clients and the internal team.
More precisely, you will be:
- Developing and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns for e-commerce sellers
- Ensuring the internal team has all of the information needed from our clients for strategy being implemented
- Developing reports for all strategies & services being executed for our clients
- Creating and strategizing marketing campaigns for e-commerce sellers
- Assisting with guidance on any of our marketing services including, but not limited to, paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, etc.
- Conducting regular client meetings and assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize strategy performance
- Helping us develop and grow our Account Management Department
- Ensuring that all marketing strategy documentation including project plans, briefs, change requests, and status reports are accurately maintained and up-to-date
- Working closely with internal teams, including department managers, contractors, etc. to ensure that strategies are being executed as discussed with the client.
