Account Strategy Team Lead Job Description (Lahore-Based)
Signalytics is seeking an Account Strategy Team Lead to drive the success of our Amazon-managed services business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead brand growth initiatives while actively executing key tasks to optimize client performance on the Amazon platform.
The ideal candidate is highly experienced in Amazon Seller Central, data-driven strategy, and e-commerce growth, with strong leadership skills and the ability to act as an SME and escalation point for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee the execution of new product launches, from market research to implementation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to increase sales and improve brand visibility on Amazon.
Amazon Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize client accounts on Amazon Seller Central.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, backend search terms) to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor and improve keyword rankings to maximize revenue.
Team Leadership, Coverage & SME Role
- Oversee all accounts managed by the Account Strategy team, ensuring consistent performance and execution quality across all clients.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Amazon account strategy and provide escalation support for complex cases.
- Serve as backup/reliever by taking over accounts or tasks when team members are unavailable to ensure operational continuity.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior strategists and enforce team standards and strategic alignment.
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (advertising, marketing, and creative).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of brand strategies.
- Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Utilize Excel and analytical tools to create reports and optimize strategies.
- Present key findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon account management, e-commerce strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proven 1+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives while executing key tasks.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
