We’re looking for a driven, organized, and relationship-focused Account Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support creators and brand partners, ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and strategies to thrive. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing projects, and building strong client relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day account operations, including product uploads, order tracking, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators and brand partners, handling inquiries, providing support, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Analyze sales metrics, engagement data, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and growth strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve shop performance, from product listings to promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to align strategies and deliver top-notch support to clients.
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.
  • Support the launch and execution of seasonal promotions, influencer campaigns, and shop activations.
  • Maintain organized documentation of account activities, communications, and performance results.
  • Stay up to date on TikTok trends, e-commerce tools, and competitor activity to keep accounts ahead of the curve.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with creators, helping them achieve business goals while fostering loyalty to Outlandish.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative campaign ideas and community engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in social commerce, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and digital business growth.
  • Excellent communication, client service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive recommendations.
  • Prior experience in account management, e-commerce, social media, or marketing is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Local to Los Angeles County, CA is a plus but not required
