Account Supervisor
with
4+ years of experience
in advertising, branding, or marketing communications only.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, leading fast-paced projects, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Supervisor, you will play a key role in connecting client needs with our creative, strategy, and production teams. You will:

Act as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure all expectations are met

Lead the planning, timeline management, and execution of branding, production, giveaways, and integrated marketing campaigns

Translate client goals into structured briefs and actionable tasks for the team

Oversee budgets, timelines, and output quality across every project stage

Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production departments as well as third-party vendors
-
Draft and structure client presentations, proposals, and reports
-
Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively in both written and spoken formats
-
Solve problems proactively and maintain strong client satisfaction
What You’ll Bring

4+ years of account management experience in an agency or marketing-driven environment

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to draft and deliver presentations in a clear and compelling way

A detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple projects

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential

Solid understanding of branding, campaign workflows, and production processes
