Account Supervisor (Marketing)

Job Overview:

Echo-Factory is seeking a dynamic Account Supervisor with a strong background in Advertising and marketing agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously. This role involves leading smaller accounts independently and partnering with an Account Director on larger projects. While you will serve clients with the agency's full range of marketing services, we aim to identify a candidate with experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.

This position is remote, but candidates in Greater Los Angeles, CA are preferred to ensure smooth coordination with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage smaller accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Partner with Account Directors and Project Managers on larger accounts to deliver high-quality work and client service, exceeding client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all work is completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams--including creative, strategy, and production--to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with the team lead, strategy team, media team, etc. to develop recommendations.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the account team, mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise.
• Provide support to our Media Team and other agency accounts in project managing PR campaigns and activities for clients, including media outreach, press release distribution, and event coordination.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as Account Supervisor or similar role in an advertising or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, PR, advertising strategies, and digital media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to varying project demands.
• Proficiency in project management tools, platforms, and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B PR, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Experience working with clients across various industries, especially in the B2B space.

Working Conditions:

Flexible work hours, with preference for candidates in Greater Los Angeles.

Roughly 20 hrs a week of support needed at this time. Potential for hours to flex up or slightly down as project needs change.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
