Job responsibilities:
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Pays subcontractors and suppliers
- Performs payroll related tasks, including end of service gratuity, leave salary, etc.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Checks sales quotations and ensure that projects cover indirect costs.
- Ensures that project costs are within the budget and that each project is profitable.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepares costing / pricing of products, services, programs
- Prepares financial studies to ensure feasibility of a project.
- Prepares financial plans and projections for purpose of business plans
- Forecasts annual, quarterly, or monthly financial results as may be required by management
- Oversees project budgets and expenses, and
- Recommends cost reduction strategies.
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
