Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support & Accounts Executive to join our team. The role involves managing all customer-related inquiries and handling basic accounts-related tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle accounts-related tasks such as order entries, billing support, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle calls and communicate clearly with customers.
• Basic knowledge of accounts and record-keeping is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
