Accountant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, and other compliance requirements), along with proven experience in the real estate and interior fit-out industry is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax filings in line with UAE government regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decisions.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and government bodies as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector and/or interior fit-out industry is highly desirable.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
